Pod Aware Day 3 - Author/Podficcer Relationship

It's day 3 of pod_aware and we've had such a great turn out so far! Sorry this post is getting up kinda late, your mods got a little overwhelmed and we're still working on editing the podcast for the day. But rather than hold everyone up, we're going to officially open the day and will post the podcast later.
