There's actually a post in progress based on pod_together for Nov. 9, so that date is looking pretty likely for posting!
But I was also looking at the other topics and contemplating ideas, and I just hit a blank at Blanket Permission. I think in my head the decision to grant (or not grant) blanket permission is something that's a decision and is then over (although it could be re-visited if things change), and I don't really know what to say about it. (I honestly think my entire thought process was: I like podficcage. I shall grant blanket permission. Yes, that means if I end up pulling my fics the podfics may still be freely available, but I'm okay with that.)
Re: comm permissions: I admin a Supernatural challenge comm, spn_bitesized, modeled after commentfic memes. We welcome all fanworks; in addition to fic, we've had fanmixes, baked goods, comics, and other awesomeness. Last winter I wanted to make it clear that podficcage is welcomed, so we worked out some guidelines with regards to the comm's set-up*, and that included creating a Podfic Permissions Post for the comm. We ended up with three kinds of permissions: universal, comm-specific, and for specific works.
* We do understand that working with different fanwork mediums necessitates flexibility in interpreting prompts, and we don't demand any kind of one to one mapping of prompt to fanwork. Basically, prompts are inspirations, and we don't make any kind of judgments on how something was inspiring or interpreted! Podfic posting guidelines can be found here, under the definition of 'comment-sized.'
