Pod Aware Round #2 Brainstorming

pod_awareNovember is still a ways off, but I wanted to start thinking about what the daily themes for this year's pod_aware could be.
Last year's topics were Podfic 101/Why We Podfic, Blanket Permission, Author/Podficcer Relationships, Accents, Feedback, Repodding, and Encouraging Podfic. While I'm not opposed to repeating topics again this year I'm also hoping for some change ups.
So, what kinds of topics would you like to see this year?
